Built privacy-first: no account · no ads · no tracking

Tempavo is your AI matchday companion for football, basketball, tennis and more. We built it to be private by default. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you use the app.

The short version. Tempavo has no accounts and no login. We do not run ads, analytics, or tracking, and we do not sell your data. Your preferences stay on your device. The only information that ever leaves your device is the text you send to the AI when you choose the cloud AI engine, and that is used solely to generate your reply in real time.

Who we are

Tempavo (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is operated by Plamen Mihalev / Milex. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@tempavo.com.

Information stored on your device

Your choices — favourite club, selected sports, commentary persona, AI-engine preference, language and similar settings — are stored locally on your device (in the app’s own storage). They are not transmitted to us and are removed when you delete the app.

AI features

Tempavo offers two AI engines, and you choose which one to use:

On-device (Apple Intelligence). When available and selected, AI commentary is generated entirely on your device. The text never leaves your iPhone.
Cloud AI. If you choose the cloud engine, the text of your request (for example a question to the matchday companion, or the context needed to generate commentary) is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce a response. This text is processed to answer your request in real time. We do not attach your name or an account to it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. Anthropic processes it as our service provider under its own terms.

We do not ask for, and the AI features are not intended to collect, sensitive personal information. Please don’t send information you wouldn’t want processed by a cloud service.

Sports data

Live scores, fixtures, tables and player statistics are retrieved through our server from a third-party sports-data provider (API-Football). These are requests for public sports information — no personal information about you is included in them.

Subscriptions & payments

Tempavo offers optional subscriptions. All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment-card details; Apple manages billing and provides us only with the subscription status needed to unlock features.

What we don’t do

No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
No real-money betting or gambling of any kind — predictions are for fun only.

Children

Tempavo is rated 4+ and is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security & international processing

Connections between the app, our server and our providers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Because our AI provider operates internationally, request text processed by the cloud engine may be handled on servers outside your country, including the United States.

Your rights

Because we don’t maintain accounts or user profiles, we hold essentially no personal data about you to access, correct or delete — uninstalling the app removes your on-device data. If you have questions or a request under laws such as the GDPR, contact us at support@tempavo.com and we’ll help.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
